Using A-Central Remote Desktop

1.     First, open Internet Explorer.

2.     In the address bar type www.allied-tele.com

3.     Click on the Support tab in the blue menu area.

4.     Click on Remote Desktop Support.

 

 

5.     Enter your name and access code (provided by technician). Then click Submit.

 

6.     Click on the Download button

 

 

 

 

 

7.     After clicking download, you may get the message below. Click OK then click in the information bar (yellow area) to continue with the download.

 

8.     Now, click Download File.

 

 

 

9.     When the message below pops up click retry and the page will reload.

10.       When the File Download-Security Warning pops up, click Run.

 

 

 

11.       Now it will tell you it is an unknown publisher. Continue by clicking Run again. The publisher is Allied Tele-com.

12.       When the program loads the screen will look like the image below.  

 

 

 

13.Now click OK to accept the technician to take over your desktop.

14. The technician may stay on the phone with you as they navigate your desktop.
